1. Registration

Click on the REGISTRATION menu and fill in the required details.
After submitting your registration, we will process your request and grant you wholesale access, allowing you to view wholesale prices.
Please note that setting up access may take some time.
From Monday to Friday, we typically process registrations within a few hours or immediately, but on weekends, registrations can only be finalized on Monday.

2. Registration Confirmation


Once your wholesale access has been validated, you will be able to purchase products at wholesale prices.
If your registration is approved, log in via the "My Account" menu.

3. Adding Products to Cart & Purchasing


Select the desired products and add them to your cart. The minimum purchase quantity is specified on the website.
This means that products must be ordered in predefined package sizes, with each package containing a specific number of items. The order quantity must be adjusted accordingly.

🔹 Package Sizes: 3 pcs, 6 pcs, or 12 pcs (these may vary, but these are the most common sizes).
🔹 For multiple package orders:

2 packages = 6, 12, or 24 pcs
3 packages = 9, 18, or 36 pcs
4 packages = 12, 24, or 48 pcs
Important! When placing an order, always specify the number of packages, not individual product quantities.

On the checkout page, provide the necessary details, paying special attention to the tax number.
If the company address differs from the shipping address, please fill in the correct details carefully.

Private individuals cannot purchase from our webshop!

4. Finalizing Your Order


Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, including an invoice that contains the company's bank account details where the payment must be transferred.

After the bank transfer is completed, your order will be shipped via your chosen delivery method:

Personal pickup at our showroom (cash payment is also possible).
Home delivery – shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the package weight (kg).

5. Warranty


If there are any issues with the goods (e.g., missing items or defects), please notify us immediately, so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible!
